Learning to Bridge the Digital Divide is a recent publication from the OECD's Centre for Educational Research and Innovation (CERI), in collaboration with the US National Center on Adult Literacy at the University of Pennsylvania. It analyses the "learning digital divide" in a number of countries, both developed and developing, and the policies and specific innovations introduced to bridge it.

EFA 2000 Thematic Study on Literacy and Adult Education considers trends and innovations that have been particularly salient over the WCEFA decade, and focuses on the knowledge base that is currently available as well as the gaps that need to be filled in order for the field to make substantial progress in the coming decade and beyond.
