Narrator: The project's goal is to help native Indians create a literature of their own. The authors write whatever they want. Some choose tribal medicine, some politics, others poetry. The only restriction placed on the authors is time. The Indians have just three months to complete their work at the center, then they must make way for the next on a long list of incoming writers.
