Program for Indigenous and Peasant Women, Peru

Narrator: Other women in Cuzco and Cajarmarca are learning to take a more active role in their organizations. They are finding that in order to work for their personal development and that of their community, they must continue their education. This expectation must be nurtured and supported with a commitment from the community's own organizations, the state, civil society in general, and international organizations.
