Humano (Ministry for Promotion of Women and of Human Development): http://www.promudeh.gob.pe/ Sources on Literacy and Bilingual Education in Peru Colegio Andino: http://www.cbc.org.pe/coland is graduate program of study that focuses on Andean topics, such as Quechua language and linguistics, bilingual education, anthropology and sociology offering courses on gender issues, the cultural reality of the rural Andes, etc. The program is sponsored by the Centro de Estudios Andinos Bartolomo de las Casas. Their website is presented in Spanish. ERA, Educacion Rural Andina (Andean Rural Education Program). This program applies a diversified curriculum for initial and primary education in 187 schools in the rural areas of Cuzco and Puno departments. No further information was found. PEBIACH, Proyecto de Educacion Bilingue Intercultural de Andahuaylas y Chincheros (Andahuaylas and Chincheros Bilingual Intercultural Education Project), funded by the Antoon Spinoy Foundation. This is a bilingual, intercultural education program in 15 schools, teaching 600 Quechua speaking children in the department of Apurimac. No further information was found.
