Biography Christopher Hopey is the Associate Director of the National Center on Adult Literacy and Senior Researcher at NCAL and ILI at the Graduate School of Education/University of Pennsylvania. His research focuses on the areas of adult literacy and technology, distance learning and teacher training in technology. He received his PhD from the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania. His publications include Technology Planning for Adult Literacy and the forthcoming Technology in Adult Basic Skills. He is a frequent presenter at national and international conferences and conducts workshops and training throughout the United States.
