Kiichi Oyasu

Biography

Kiichi Oyasu joined the UNESCO Principal Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific (PROAP) in 1992. He is currently a Programme Specialist in Literacy and the Asia-Pacific Programme of Education for All (APPEAL), in Bangkok, Thailand. Previously, he worked for the Ministry of Education in Japan.
